The Seaside Salad is a box stuffed to the brim with 4 delicious and nutritious freshly harvested microgreens of your choice. Please choose four varieties from the following list; arugula, cilantro, sunflower, radish, sweet pea, broccoli, and super mix(cabbage, kale and kohlrabi). These microgreens offer nutty, citrusy, spicy, sweet, mild and earthy flavors and provide instant nutrient uptake of the following; vitamins A, C, E, K, B-complex, calcium, protein, iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, sulforaphane, phytonutrients, and antioxidants.
